However, clause 4.2, Documentation Requirements,
sub-clause 4.2.1, General, of the standard states:
"The Quality Management System documentation shall include:

A notation under this sub-clause further states:
"The extent of the quality management system documentation
shall be dependent on the following:

Competence of the personnel" |
