When determining the need for documentation, I recommend the following:
| a) | Document all procedures so that the who, what, when, and where of all processes are clearly understood by all who work them. |
| b) | Create Work Instructions when their need is determined by asking two questions and plotting the responses in accordance with the table on the next screen- |
| 1. | Can the person, with the skill set they possess, complete the task? |
| 2. | Does the company have a unique way of completing the task? |
