Draw a map of the process for Creating ISO Documentation (you can use Word's drawing feature) and submit it as an attachment to an e-mail message to the course facilitator at rrobin@celeritylearning.com. Remember to keep the process map at a high level without too much detail, but cover all the key tasks involved in creating procedure documentation.
