MODULE THREE - ISO AND DOCUMENT STRATEGY
Documenting Processes (continued)
Every activity has at least one output! Process outputs are
the results from the process, and every output becomes an input into another
process.
Process outputs can be reports, decisions, an event, a product,
etc. It is important to remember that the output from a process doesn't necessarily
have to be useful or valuable.
When documenting process outputs it is important to identify:
| |
What the output is |
| |
Who handles it |
| |
Where it is produced, kept, and sent |
| |
When its produced |
| |
Who controls it |
| |
Why its important or needed |
