The Membership and other information you provide directly to us about yourself stays right here. We don't sell it or share it with anyone other than an affiliate or partner and then only under circumstances described below.

We may use your contact information to respond to an inquiry we receive from you, or to inform you of major changes to our web site or about our products and/or services. For example, we may contact you when we post new "Free Stuff" or add new items to the Toolbox or when we feel one of our offerings may be of particular interest to you. If that changes, we will post the change right here.

However, if you request information from us about the product or service of an affiliate or partner, then we will share your contact information with them. For example, we hope to make free software or other product demos available to you from firms who want to get their offerings into as many hands as possible. To the extent you might be asked to identify yourself before downloading the items, you should assume your contact information will be made available to them. In such cases, you would be subject to any privacy policies they have in effect. On the other hand, if the downloads are made available to you without having to separately identify yourself, then no one - not even us - knows who you are.
